How resources are selected
A resource belongs here when it helps somebody do, understand or design Māori GIS mahi. Priority goes to Māori-led work, material produced with iwi or hapū, primary project sites, original publications and resources with enough detail to learn from.
The project and StoryMap pages distinguish active services from completed case studies or recordings. A completed project can still be extremely useful, but it should not be presented as though it is a current service.
External links are checked during resource reviews. Because project sites, government services and publication URLs move, the library uses the most stable current source we can find and records the review date on each page.
A link here is a pointer to useful work, not an endorsement of every design or governance choice made by that project.
